Voici mes dernières découvertes pour une salle de bain zéro déchet, sans produits chimiques et qui tend vers le minimalisme ☺ j’espère que ce partage vous plaira 😉
Bougies d’oreilles
Il s’agit de bougies de cire que l’on place dans l’oreille et dont on allume l’extrémité pour créer un effet cheminé et ainsi aspirer les saletés. La chaleur va ramollir le cérumen et faciliter son extraction. J’ai mis 35 minutes pour faire les deux oreilles, je pensais que ça serait plus rapide (Carnet green a essayé les bougies en forme de cônes, et ça lui a pris 5 minutes) Il ne vaut mieux pas le faire seul car on risque de se brûler. On peut utiliser les bougies d’oreilles une fois par semaine comme plusieurs fois par an en fonction des besoins.
Je suis satisfaite du résultat, je me suis sentie soulagée d’une oreille, j’ai des petits bouchons qui ont été aspirés (oui, j’ai vérifié pour voir ce qui était ressorti 😅).
Je les ai achetées au magasin bio Natureo. La paire de bougie d’oreille était vendue dans cette petite boite pour 7.5 €, mais apparemment on peut en trouver en vrac chez Biocoop. Voici celles que j’ai prises, il s’agit de la marque tonic nature : ici.
Il existe aussi des diamètres plus petits pour les enfants.
Il ne faut pas l’utiliser pendant une otite.
Parfum solide Boutique beauté bien être au musc
J’ai découvert leur existence lors d’une commande sur le site de boutique beauté bien-être et Souhila a eu la gentillesse de m’offrir ce petit parfum solide qui sent très bon le musc.

Pour ce qui est de l’application je frotte ce petit bloc à même la peau.
Déodorant Clémence et Vivien
La marque Clémence et Vivien est une marque labellisée slow cosmétique et vegan. Ils proposent des produits naturels avec des compositions au top : des savons saponifiés à froid, des déodorants. J’ai gagné ce baume déodorant solide lors du concours de Little Banana à Noël et il est vraiment super. Une petite quantité suffit et il s’étale très bien sous l’aisselle. C’est le modèle « Le fleuri », au géranium rosat, palmarosa et lavande. Il est sans sels d’aluminiums et sans conservateurs. On peut le retrouver ici.
Voici sa composition : butyrospermum parkii (karité), zhea corn starch (amidon de maïs), helianthus annuus seed oil (huile de tournesol), sodium bicarbonate (bicarbonate de sodium), prunus armeniaca kernel oil (huile d’abricot), cymbopogon martini (palmarosa) oil, lavandula angustifolia (lavande) oil, pelargonium graveolens flower oil (géranium rosat), tocopherols (vitamine E), géraniol, linalool, citronellol.
Savons à froid la savonnerie du nouveau monde
Il s’agit de savons saponifiés à froid et fabriqués à la main. Ils sont certifiés bio par Nature et Progrès.
C’est une marque également labellisée slow cosmétique et vegan. On en retrouve dans certaines biocoop ou alors sur certains e-shop comme Doux good ou directement sur le site ici.
L’avocamande, savon saponifié à froid surgras à 8% pour les peaux sensibles. Il est sans parfum et huiles essentielles. Il est enrichit aux huile végétales d’avocat et d’amande douce.
Le Menth’eure, savon saponifié à froid surgras à 8% pour les peaux mixtes et sèches. A base de Menthe poivrée et Géranium Rosat.
Les savons saponifiés à froid sont les savons les plus naturels qui soient car les huiles ne sont pas chauffées et conservent donc toutes leurs propriétés.

Je n’ai pas encore testé les savons de la savonnerie du nouveau monde mais ils me tentent beaucoup, surtout l’avocamande que tu présentes ^^ il va falloir que je vide mon stock de savon SAF avant d’en racheter mais je le mets sur ma liste !
Oui les savons SAF sont une vrai addiction dès qu’on s’y met lol. Il y a tellement de choix qu’on ne sait plus où donner de la tête.
Il ne faut pas les utiliser pendant les otites !? C’est ce qui m’a sauvé de la dernière ! Eh bé je suis bien contente d’avoir eu un résultat positif alors 😀
