Un petit article soin/beauté, ça faisait longtemps 😉 alors aujourd’hui on va parler gommage et comment exfolier sa peau au naturel.
En plus de prendre soin de sa peau, on prend soin de la planète en s’orientant vers des soins maisons et naturels. Car les gommages vendus dans le commerce sont très polluants. Ils contiennent des microbilles de plastique (présentes aussi dans les soins exfoliants et certains gels douches) qui se rependent dans les océans, sans parler des autres composants chimiques. Les poissons prennent cela pour de la nourriture et les ingèrent 😖 Ces micros déchets pénètrent donc la chaîne alimentaire. 90 % des méduses en sont polluées.
On peut aussi prendre soin de sa peau sans polluer 😉 Se faire un gommage permet d’éliminer les cellules mortes, stimuler la croissance des nouvelles cellules, et prépare la peau à recevoir un soin (ou même bronzer ^^).
Pour cela, pas besoin d’aller chercher bien loin. Il suffit d’aller dans la cuisine :
– Sucre
– Marc de café
– Bicarbonate
– Sel d’himalaya
– Sel d’epsom
Ils font très bien l’affaire et l’avantage c’est qu’on en a toujours en stock 😊
On peut aussi faire ou même acheter d’autres exfoliants comme la coque de noix en poudre, les noyaux d’olive en poudre, la poudre de riz, la poudre d’orange. Vous pouvez retrouver comment faire ses poudres maison dans un précédent article.
La poudre d’orange que je fais est loin d’être aussi fine que celle qui est vendue, elle fait donc un bon exfoliant.
Et pour faire sa poudre de riz, il suffit de mixer du riz au blender ou au moulin à café. La texture est plus douce et « moins » agressive.
Passons aux recettes
Recettes de gommage pour le corps
Au marc de café
– 2 cuillères à soupe de marc de café
– 1 cuillère à soupe d’huile de coco ou d’olive (ici, j’ai utilisé de l’huile de coco)
On mélange le tout et c’est prêt.
Après la douche, il n’y a même pas besoin de mettre de crème car la peau est bien nourrie. Et ça sent vraiment trop (trop) bon !!! Pour ce qui est des quantités, je n’ai pas tout utilisé en une fois, on peut aisément s’en resservir ou partager ☺
Ce gommage désincruste bien les peaux mortes, laisse la peau douce et l’odeur reste sur la peau (un subtil mélange des deux).
Au sucre
- 20 ml d’huile de melon d’eau
- 80 ml de sucre de canne (ou n’importe quel sucre), on peut même le remixer si on veut qu’il soit plus fin
- 20 gouttes d’huile essentielle de citron vert
Bien sûr on peut intervertir les huiles végétales et huiles essentielles avec celles que l’on a dans ses placards. Je pensais que l’huile de melon d’eau sentirait le melon, mais non (à ma grande déception), l’odeur est assez neutre. Heureusement que le citron vert est venu relever l’odeur de ce gommage au sucre.
Le gommage est recommandé une fois par semaine pour un nettoyage en profondeur (pour les peaux sèches ou sensible on espace davantage).
Les gommages sont à conserver au frigo de préférence.
Recette de gommage visage
En cas d’acné, il faut éviter les gommages où l’on masse car ils vont activer les glandes sébacées et créer encore plus de sébum. L’idéal pour les peaux acnéiques est de réaliser un gommage enzymatique mais j’y reviendrais sans doutes dans un prochain article.
Sinon, pour le visage, il vaut mieux exfolier sa peau sans l’agresser en utilisant des exfoliants plus doux.
Au miel
- 1 càc de poudre de riz ou bicarbonate de soude fin ou poudre d’amande
- 2 càc d’huile végétale d’argan (ou autre huile végétale)
- 1 càc de miel (facultatif)
Ce gommage est doux et laisse la peau bien nourrie, elle ne tiraille pas et n’est pas agressée. Les quantités peuvent également être divisées, mais on peut le réutiliser ou le partager 😊
Les autres gommages que j’ai testés (alternatives aux gommages maison)
– Gommage le petit savon bio à l’huile végétale de baie de laurier et au bicarbonate de soude. La composition est nickelle mais impossible de le retrouver en vente où que ce soit.
– Gommage bio beauté by nuxe aux fruits rouges. Voici la composition vérifiée sur la vérité sur les cosmétiques. Elle n’est pas très minimaliste mais elle a le mérite d’être clean. (Bio beauté by Nuxe est certifié ecocert contrairement à Nuxe)
99.2% du total des ingrédients sont d’origine naturelle et 59.8 % du total des ingrédients sont issus de l’agriculture biologique.
J’aime beaucoup ces deux gommages (texture, odeur, effets sur la peau) mais je ne les rachèterais pas, il est tellement facile de les faire soi-même avec ce que l’on a dans ses placards et à moindre coût. Par contre ce qui est top avec celui de « Le petit savon bio » est que l’on peut récupérer le contenant pour refaire des tambouilles 👍
